The 2016 Guernsey Design Awards saw the addition of a new ‘Heritage’ category as well as the presentation of a Highly Commended Certificate.

The judges made the decision to ensure that projects which were worthy of commendation but that were difficult to judge within the existing categories, could also be recognised for their achievements.
