Guernsey Design Awards 2026 Presentation Evening Confirmed for Friday 4 September

The winners of the Guernsey Design Awards 2026 will be revealed at the Awards presentation evening on Friday 4 September 2026 at College Hall, Elizabeth College.

Bringing together architects, designers, contractors, clients and industry professionals, the evening will celebrate the outstanding projects shortlisted across this year's award categories, recognising excellence in architecture, design and construction throughout the Bailiwick.

The 2026 Awards have attracted an exceptionally high calibre of entries, with projects ranging from contemporary homes and commercial developments to heritage restorations and small-scale interventions. The quality and diversity of submissions have made this year's judging process particularly competitive, with the panel undertaking site visits to every shortlisted project before selecting the winners.

Alongside the established award categories, 2026 also sees the introduction of two new awards: the Sustainable Design & Energy Innovation Award, sponsored by C8 Eco, and the Natural Light & Glazing Design Award, sponsored by Mumford & Wood. All shortlisted projects are automatically being considered for these additional honours where appropriate.

The evening will also see the presentation of the People's Choice Award, voted for by the public, and the Mitch Sneddon Professionals' Choice Award, selected by industry professionals attending the event.

The Awards presentation begins at 7:00pm, with doors opening from 6:00pm.
